We make shipments to all departments of the Nacional territory through our logistics allies, who guarantees security and coverage so that your NAJASH TREASURE arrives in the right conditions and to the right address.
COST OF SHIPPING
Shipping value is assumed by NAJASH S.A.S.
DELIVERY TIME
Our deliveries are made on business days that correspond to the days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays in Colombia.
The estimated delivery time for major cities is 6 business days, and for other municipalities it is from 8 to 10 business days.
Deliveries are made in the schedule set by our logistics allies, and the address must be punctual and correct.
The delivery time begins to count from the confirmation of payment and may be affected by force situations issues depending on the public order that arises in the country.

Once your payment is approved you will receive an email with the confirmation of ypuy order and later, when your shipment is sent you will receive another email with the delivery notification.
EXCHANGE AND GUARANTEE POLICY
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES
You have 5 business days from the arrival of the product to notify us of the change and /or guarantee, you must notify us of the case to the email ventas@najash.co.

It will be verified that the exchange and/or warranty products are new, without presenting any sign of use. It must not have been washed or modified from its original design. (in case of guarantee encounter with the damage subscribed by the client). If the product is in optimal conditions and / or eligible for guarantee, our team of customer
service will contact you to proceed with the change.
